1. Booking Lessons

All driving lessons and training sessions must be booked in advance with MileOne Driving School. Bookings are subject to instructor availability and confirmation.

By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Driving Licence Requirements

Learners must hold a valid provisional driving licence before starting driving lessons. The licence must be produced when requested by the instructor.

3. Lesson Attendance

• Students should arrive on time and be ready for their scheduled lesson.
• Late arrival may reduce the lesson time available.
• Lessons cancelled due to student absence may still be charged.

4. Cancellation & Changes Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change a booked lesson.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.
• Requests to change lesson times are subject to instructor availability.
• Emergency situations will be considered individually.

5. Payments

Payment arrangements must be agreed before lessons or training courses begin. MileOne Driving School reserves the right to refuse lessons if payment requirements are not met.

6. Instructor Training Courses

ADI Part 1, ADI Part 2, ADI Part 3 and PDI training courses are designed to support candidates preparing for instructor qualification.

Passing examinations cannot be guaranteed as results depend on the learner’s own performance, preparation and commitment.

7. Vehicle Safety

MileOne Driving School vehicles are maintained to required safety standards and equipped with appropriate learner controls.

Students must follow all safety instructions provided by their instructor.

8. Instructor Changes

MileOne Driving School may provide an alternative qualified instructor if required due to availability, holidays or operational reasons.

9. Website Information

We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. Course details, availability and services may change without notice.

10. Privacy

Personal information provided to MileOne Driving School will be handled responsibly and only used for providing services, communication and booking management.
